Jobless Cheyenne Man
Stops
Family's Eviction --
Pays
Landlord with Referral
Fee
CHEYENNE - A referral fee in the nick of time saved Fred
Danielson and his family from eviction into the cold Wyoming
winter.
Losing his job right after becoming a part-time mortgage
researcher gave Fred special reason to go down to the
courthouse and find mortgage holders who want their cash
right now.
'I wrote to the people I found at the courthouse and
called them to see if they wanted cash now for their
mortgage, and the third person I talked with said, "YES!"
"He had sold his house a couple of years ago and carried
back a mortgage. Now, he needed cash to help him move to
another state. He had also been out of work for awhile.
which made him anxious to get his cash now -- and I could
sure relate to that!"
Fred's landlord became impatient when the rent was late
and planned eviction. Fred literally had his landlord call
our office to make sure that Fred had money Corning to him
-- And he agreed to hold off the eviction three days. And
that was enough time for Fred to "flip' the mortgage he
found and get his Referral Fee of $3,000 in his hands!
Debbi Danielson, Fred's wife, says he's heading right
back to the courthouse to make more referral fees -- he's
not planning to look for another typical j-o-b!
