CHEYENNE - A referral fee in the nick of time saved Fred Danielson and his family from eviction into the cold Wyoming winter.

 

Losing his job right after becoming a part-time mortgage researcher gave Fred special reason to go down to the courthouse and find mortgage holders who want their cash right now.

 

 

'I wrote to the people I found at the courthouse and called them to see if they wanted cash now for their mortgage, and the third person I talked with said, "YES!"

Disabled Couple Buys Duplex after Banker Refuses Loan

 

CLEARWATER - Unemployed and disabled, Bob and Rachel Land almost gave up on their chances to buy an income producing duplex after local lenders turned thumbs down on their loan application.

 

They searched for a bargain property that would make a profit each month and supplement their disability income, and found it in a property that was up for sale due to the death of the owner.

 

Bob and Rachel offered to buy the property for only $39,000 -. far less than it was worth -- and the heirs of the estate accepted. They just wanted to get rid of a headache.

Whether you want to buy a house or investment yourself -- or are helping a friend, relative, or co-worker --it's easy to find real estate that qualifies for zero down funding.

 

The most important thing to do is find bargain-priced property that you can buy one-third below market.
