If you have a computer this is an absolute must because it allows you to customize your lease. Remove the clauses you don't need and substitute some from the additional clauses. Type in all the blanks and just change the tenant's name and rental amount and you're done. Unless you are in Pennsylvania, have an attorney review the lease to be sure all clauses meet your state requirements. The lease is on a 3.5" disk for Macintosh or DOS Windows.
