Wesley Barney of Flushing, New York, is a full-time
real estate investor specializing in buying and selling residential
distressed properties, including apartment buildings. A licensed
broker and the founder/president of the Ultimate Real Estate
Investors club based in New York City, he is the co-author of 'CASH
IN ON BANK& GOV'T REAL ESTATE!" He teaches real estate investing
at St. John's University, New York University, the City University of
New York, The Learning Annex, and The Discovery Center.
